InSitu develops digital platform solutions for managing staffing shortages in the healthcare and social services sectors. The software enables the efficient management of flexible workforce resources—from voluntary additional services and internal on-call pools to external staff—and ensures that staffing needs are met transparently, cost-effectively, and in line with actual requirements.

With InSitu, facilities can first draw on voluntary additional services provided by their own employees, make optimal use of internal and cross-facility pools, and only involve external specialists when necessary. The platform digitally maps the entire process—from demand management and matching to approval and contract processes, all the way through to electronic billing—all in a single tool.

Via the integrated app, employees can view available services, flexibly accept assignments, and manage their bookings directly. More than 12,000 users and around 700 partners are already working with the platform, and over four million bookings have been successfully processed.
