Vivecti Group Expands Its Expertise in Laboratory Analytics

March 13, 2025 | The Vivecti Group is taking another strategic step in its data-driven transformation of the healthcare sector: Its subsidiary miralytik is integrating PBM’s laboratory controlling tool into its analytics platform and is hiring key employees from PBM Healthcare GmbH.

With the targeted acquisition of the tool and the integration of expertise from the PBM ecosystem, the Vivecti Group is combining state-of-the-art technology with in-depth industry knowledge in the field of laboratory controlling. The tool is a perfect fit for Vivecti’s strategy of delivering innovative, data-driven solutions for healthcare providers and meeting the industry’s ever-growing demands. The tool is used, among other things, in laboratory optimization projects by sister companies miralytik and WMC Healthcare.
