The year 2024 is drawing to a close – and I am proud of what we have achieved together. As the Vivecti Group, we have remained committed to our mission: making healthcare providers more efficient and effective – through technology-driven procurement and operational cost optimization, first-class management services, and specialized consulting across the entire value chain.

Thanks to the trust our customers have placed in us and our close, collaborative partnerships, we have achieved impressive results: Together, we have successfully consolidated a procurement volume of over 3.3 billion euros—ranging from medical supplies to pharmaceuticals and medical technology to food. At the same time, over 6 million items were managed in our software solutions Prospitalia Cockpit, PCM easySuite, and Wawibox. Using AI-powered classification and mapping, we—as an industry leader—were able to enhance product master data and optimize it for our customers’ future use. This has significantly improved the data foundation for actionable recommendations generated by our analytics tools, such as proAnalytics, and enabled the digitization of our customers’ business processes—for even greater transparency and efficiency.

Our digital solutions support not only inpatient care providers but also 3,000 medical practices and outpatient centers. A particular highlight was the expansion of Wawibox into Austria, which has further strengthened our position in Europe. In addition, we provided strategic guidance to clinics through 30 management mandates and supported our clients in over 200 consulting projects .

For me, these successes are the result of our consistent focus on core values shared across the group: entrepreneurship, market proximity, speed, and innovative strength. My thanks go to our team of over 450 employees across five countries. Together, we have significantly advanced the Vivecti Group this year and sustainably consolidated and expanded our unique position as an integrated performance platform for the healthcare sector.
