About the Vivecti Group

As a catalyst, enabler, and reliable partner, the Vivecti Group—led by Dr. Benjamin I. Behar—is the performance partner for healthcare institutions. Founded in 2015, the company—which employs 450 people and has generated annual revenue of 120 million euros over the past five years—originated from a hospital purchasing cooperative established in 1993. Today, Prospitalia, Pro Care Management, Wawibox, Miralytik, h-trak, as well as the companies of the WMC and the Hospital Management Group (HMG), are part of the Vivecti Group, covering an unparalleled range of technology-enabled products and services in the German market. In this way, healthcare providers receive comprehensive strategic and operational support in the areas of procurement and operational cost optimization, digital products and data analytics, as well as managed services and consulting—with the goal of helping healthcare facilities build new strengths during a time of systemic transformation. Purchasing and operational cost optimization thus achieve a purchasing volume of more than 3 billion euros, while the Group’s digital tools are used by over 3,000 service providers in the inpatient and outpatient sectors worldwide. In addition, more than 100 hospitals are currently utilizing the consulting services, and over 30 facilities are currently under management contracts.
