A Shared Success: Vivecti's 2025 Year in Review

We’ve had an eventful and successful 2025—we’d like to take this opportunity to look back together on the most important events at the Vivecti Group.

This year, we continued to consistently pursue our mission: to enhance the efficiency and future-readiness of the healthcare sector through modern technologies, data-driven services, and a deep understanding of healthcare providers’ needs.

The year 2025 was marked by the dynamic development of our digital platforms, such as Cockpit, easySuite, and Wawibox, through which we currently manage and enrich over 6.5 million items. The continuous optimization of our AI-based classification, enrichment, and mapping processes now allows us to achieve an automation rate exceeding 90%—a milestone that provides our clients with tangible relief in their daily operations. At the same time, we successfully managed a procurement volume exceeding 3.7 billion euros – a result of active collaboration, our network of contacts, and the collective strength of our members.

A highlight of this year was the launch of our digital analytics platform miralytik.lab, which is already being successfully used by over 30 clinics—an impressive testament to the demand for modern analytical tools in the hospital sector. Wawibox also continued its success story: in addition to strong growth in Austria, the portfolio was expanded to include new specialties such as ophthalmology, laboratories, pathology, and dermatology. Following the successful integration of CoSolvia , the team, as part of Vivecta, has already completed over 110 projects in its first year. Furthermore, we have succeeded in further expanding our consulting and service offerings in the outpatient and clinical sectors.

Currently our solutions support, in addition to numerous hospitals, over 3,900 practices and outpatient centers. This success confirms that we are on the right path and reinforces our conviction that we must continue to develop the Vivecti Group in its role as a comprehensive performance platform.

With an eye toward 2026 , we are opening a new chapter: 6 university clinics, 30 acute care hospitals, and 17 medical centers will join the Prospitalia family—strong partners who enrich our community.
